I HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
We are sorry that you received a defective item.

We want all our customers to receive high quality products.

Please send an email with photos and description of the damage to our Service Point

Explain the problem in your first message and our Service Center will open a new case for your request. In the second step, you can send us photos of the damage.

We will take care of your problem as soon as possible. Please include your order number so that we can address your concern as soon as possible.

CAN I CHANCE THE DELIVERY ADRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?
If any part of your address is missing or there is a typo in the address, please contact customer service.

However, we can only change the shipping address if the package is not yet in transit and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.

MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE IN THE DELIVERY TIME
We make every effort to meet delivery times, however, in some cases there may be delays, especially after collection drops.

Other factors, such as delays with the delivery partner, traffic delays, or receiving address discrepancies, also affect delivery time.

Please keep an eye on the shipment tracking.  We will keep you informed as much as we can.

MY ORDER WAS NOT COMPLETE
We are sorry that your order was not complete.

Before you contact our customer service, please check the following:

We may have shipped items in separate packages. Therefore, check your emails to see if some items may still be arriving.

The item(s) may be out of stock. Please check your emails (including your spam folder) to see if we have sent you an email about it.

If not, please send an email here with the item that is missing and your order number.

Please inform us immediately so that we can take care of your request. 

HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Our Customer Service team is available Monday-Friday 9.30am – 6.00pm GMT. We will respond to all messages within 24-hours but this may be longer during busy periods.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google pay, Samsung pay and Apple pay. Other local payment methods will also be offered at the checkout after selecting your shipping country.

CAN I PICK UP AN ORDER OR DROP OFF A RETURN IN-STORE?
At the moment we can only ship our products. On-site pickup is not possible at the current time. As soon as this should change, you will find out here on this page.

IN WHICH SIZES ARE THE ART PRINTS AVAILABLE?
The Art Prints are available in the sizes Gallery 50x70cm and Statement 61x91cm. Each with black or white frame made of alder wood, acrylite front protection, white passe-partout and material for hanging.
