DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
Yes, Atelier Anelka provides international delivery to a variety of destinations worldwide, including Europe, the USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Bahrain, Kuwait, and South Africa. HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
- EU, UK & US 5-10 Business Days Shipping
- Rest of the World 5-14 Business Days Shipping
- No delivery to P.O. Boxes
- Some small delays can appear because of Covid19
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING
At present, Atelier Anelka does not provide expedited shipping options.
ARE FRAMES INCLUDED WHEN I BUY THE PRINTS?
Yes, we sell Museum art prints and frames together.
MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to our Service Center so we can help. Please always be sure to include photos of the box or boxes that your art arrived in, even if there are no obvious signs of damage.

HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED
The art prints are packed and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard to protect them against damages (frame included).
The posters are shipped "ready to hang" right out of the box.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please contact us immediately here. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers' way quickly.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Each piece is custom printed, mounted and framed just for you so we are unable to accept returns.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at our Service Point to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.
CAN I ORDER ANY ARTWORK WITH MY OWN DIMENSIONS OR DESIGNS?
We don't offer custom work. The art is only available in the dimensions shown on the website.
WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR HANGING HARDWARE?
Each of our frames comes ready to hang with wall buddies that make for easy hanging. Depending on your wall we recommend using screws for our smaller size (Gallery 50x70cm) and an anchor for our largest size (Statement 61x91cm).
Local Taxes:
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Only outside EU.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore atelier.anelka.online reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
